You need to meet the following requirements to be eligible for home health care:
- A physician must prescribe home health services
- A skilled nursing care service as needed or therapy (physical, occupational, speech) services
- A person must be homebound

Response to treatment from our therapists is a good indicator of progress.
Who pays for Home Health Care services?
Although most patients opt to cover home care expenses privately, City of Angels Best Care is Medicare and Medicaid certified and we accept most private insurances. Please contact us if you’re not sure your insurance policy covers home health care services.
